Love dragons? Then head on down to the Oregon City Library

If you love dragons, then you’ll love the Oregon City Library this March.

You can read “Dragons Love Tacos” by Adam Rubin and Daniel Salmieri while enjoying a short walk around the neighborhood. Pages are posted at the library, Pioneer Center, City Hall and the Ermatinger House. You can complete the storywalk any time between March 20 and 31.

On March 20, you can complete dragon collages inspired by “Dragons Love Tacos.” Librarians will provide the supplies so kids and adults make projects together. There are two 45-minute sessions at 2:30 and 3:15 p.m., and 36 seats are available for children age 2-11 (limited capacity, pre-registration encouraged).

On March 22, 2024, 2:30-4 p.m., you can return to the library’s Community Room to watch “How to Train Your Dragon” and enjoy some snacks. There are 24 seats available for children 2-11.

Have all those dragons gotten you in the mood for tacos? On 2:30 or 3:15 p.m. on March 27 in the Community Room, the library will host some taco-themed activities, 48 seats available for kids age 2-11.
