Daniel Warren Holladay

January 31, 1961 – March 15, 2024 – Daniel Warren Holladay was born in Fortuna, California January 31, 1961 to Robert and Louise Holladay. He attended Oregon City High School, and served in the United States Army in communications for five years leaving at the rank of E4 Specialist. Dan then continued his career as an electrician in the pacific northwest. He was an avid reader, amateur Jeopardy player, and enjoyed watching a good NASCAR race on a Sunday.

Dan was very active in local politics, serving as a city commissioner, and later as Mayor of Oregon City. He participated on multiple boards and committees over the years, and had a great love for his city helping to start the Willamette Falls Legacy Project.

Dan will be laid to rest at Willamette National Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held at the Abernethy Center Chapel in Oregon City on Friday, April 5, 2024 from 1-3pm. Those wishing to celebrate with Dan’s family are welcome to attend.

We ask that in lieu of flowers, friends and loved ones are welcome to make a donation in Dan’s name to the Willamette Falls Media Center an organization close to his heart.
